Lucy seemed truly good. She has a brother that is the same age plus a sister that is 7.We walked to a nearby ice cream store and started talking. When the topic of guys came up she stated she had a boyfriend, Patrick but she said that items weren’t going wonderful with him. When I brought up Emerson she got quiet.
“Are you ok? ” I asked
“Oh yeah I’m fine its just.. well..nevermind” she replied
“C’mon, now you’ve got to tell me ” I told her
“Well, its .. I’ve identified him for a couple years and don’t get me wrong he seems good and every thing, but I hear items about him, everyone says he’s a player and he only does what he does with girls to get what he desires, like last year, at a party, he was genuinely drunk, and horny apparently. Anyway, him plus a girl named Stephanie went upstairs. Nobody knew why simply because we all knew that Stephanie hated him due to the fact 2 years when she asked him out he turned her down. But about 20 minutes later she came down crying. She said that he tried to rape her, but she got away. Then, when he came downstairs, each and every guy at the party huddled into a circle and beat him pretty badly. He was within the hospital for two weeks, and had to forfeit track finals due to it. A bunch of stuff started going around about him and it still does. So please, please be careful” she said
I did not know what to say, I was speechless. Was this true? did he attempt to rape her?
“Oh my god” was all I could say
After that we dropped the topic and walked residence. We said goodnight and I went inside.
“Hey sweetie, Did you have enjoyable with Lucy?” my mom asked
“Yeah, shes genuinely nice, well I’m off to bed” I said goodnight and went upstairs. When I was done washing my face I got into my pyjamas and went to bed.
The next morning flew by so quickly and before I knew it, it was lunch. I went to my locker to locate Seth standing there waiting for me I feel.
“Hey, ready for lunch ?” he stated in the cutest voice
“Hey” I said having a smile ” Yeah lemme just put my items in my locker”
When we walked into the caf we got inside the line for the food.I got a grilled cheese and veggies and he picked up a bowl of chili using a bun.
“Mmm chili” he said having a caveman like voice. I couldn’t aid but laugh.
“What?” he said sounding jokingly offended ” Not just does chili taste great, its also packed having a bunch of excellent stuff too”
“Like?” I asked even though laughing
“Well you know.. the. Uhh.. beans and meat”
“Mhmm, nicely I think ill stick with my grilled cheese” I said
“Suit your self, far more for me” he said
Once we had gotten our food, we sat down with his pals and started eating
“McKenna” He stated ” This is Evan, Justin, Amanda, Rachel and Declan, every person this really is McKenna”
Everyone said hi to me and we all started talking. Maybe this will be an excellent year
