Chapter Twelve
Alex?s P.O.V
The doctors did a check up on me, and then my parents came in. They fussed over me for a while, and Paige went to the canteen to meet up with her parents and have some thing to eat. When she left the room, to me, she still didn?t look very well.
?I?m fine. Honestly.? Paige persisted soon after I suggested she went home and got a excellent day of rest. ?I?m perfectly nicely. Just a bit tired.?
?Fine.? I stated, not at all convinced.
My parents sat at the end of my bed, telling me how worried they?d been. I was distracted; my thoughts were lingering on Paige. She wasn?t well. I knew it. I just had to find a approach to convince her to go home.
?Alex? Did you hear a factor I just heard??
?Huh? What?? I asked, interrupted from my thoughts.
?Never mind.? Dad sighed, shaking his head.
?I told you she isn?t great for him.? Mum said to dad, and I looked up instantly.
?Who, Paige??
She didn?t reply.
?Mum?? I growled angrily. We?d barely spoken since our argument the other night. ?Don?t speak about her like that. Paige is nothing but remarkable, and I believe you should accept that.?
She nonetheless didn?t reply. I turned and looked out of the window. If she wasn?t going to be mature, I couldn?t care less.
Paige?s P.O.V
Matt and I made our way back to Alex?s room. I?d tried breakfast, but my body rejected it, and I ended up throwing up 5 minutes after inside the loo. I felt so ill it was unreal, but I wanted so bad to remain with Alex.
I was about to go into Alex?s room but I spotted his mum and a man who I presumed was his dad sat there. I jumped back instantly.
?I can?t go in there.? I told Matt. ?His mum hates me!?
?We?ll wait.? Matt said. I stared at him, and I was just about to open my mouth to object, but my head went all funny and everything began to spin. Before I do anything about it, I felt my legs give way beneath me and I dropped down onto the ground. I felt Matt catch me before I completely lost consciousness.

?Are you confident she didn?t hit the floor??
?No.? Matt?s voice interrupted the unfamiliar 1. ?I caught her before she did. She didn?t hit the floor.?
I frowned and tried to open my eyes, but I felt too light-headed and dizzy, and so I gave up.
?Paige? Are you awake?? I heard an unfamiliar voice say.
?Mm.? I moaned, and managed to open my eyes. Almost everything around me spun, and I realized I was lay out on the floor of the hospital, outside Alex?s room.
?You fainted. The doctor?s feel it was lack of sleep last night.?
I registered this. It was almost certainly accurate. I kept waking up inside the night beside a comatose Alex, unable to obtain back to sleep.
?Most likely?? I agreed weakly.
?How are you feeling? Anything unusual?? The doctor asked me; so that was who the strange voice belonged to.
?A bit dizzy.? I murmured, attempting to sit up. Matt tried to assist me slowly, and eventually I managed a sitting position. Matt held me up as I was bombarded with concerns about how I felt. I shook them away with a wave of my hand and clung to Matt?s elbow as I tried to stand up. I managed, eventually, and looked about myself slowly. God, I felt sick. I caught a look by way of Alex?s room, and saw Alex, sat up in bed. He looked angry.
?Why can?t I see her?! She passed out! She?s my girlfriend! Let me be with her!? He screamed angrily, and then saw me. He stopped shouting, and then signaled for me to go into his room eagerly. I smiled and created my way in slowly, Matt staying by my side as I did. I pushed past the worried doctors and my parents who had joined us, and into his room. He opened his arms for me and I collapsed onto his bedside, with no uttering a word. He hugged me and stroked my hair gently. I realized I was exhausted, and felt like I could literally just fall asleep there and then. But I didn?t, and instead sat up slowly. Alex tucked a strand of hair behind my ear and looked at me intensely. I smiled encouragingly.
?What happened, Paige? Why did you pass out??
?I have no clue. I feel?I believe I?m just tired? I don?t know?? I answered. I couldn?t feel straight and I think Alex could tell simply because he pulled me up against my chest and held me there, stroking my back gently.
?I told you that you really should have gone home.? He told me, kissing the top of my head.
?No, I?m fine.? I argued. ?And I?m not going anywhere.?
?Are you confident? I believe all you need to have is a great rest and-?
?I?m not leaving you Alex. Accept it.?
?Please? Go home and rest, sweetheart. Do it for me. I promise that the second I?m out of hospital I will come and visit you.?
?But I wish to stay with you, and make sure you?re ok?? I murmured in reply. I was so close to falling asleep. I was just so tired.
?I will be ok. Trust me. Just go home, ok??
?No.? I stated firmly, despite the fact that I could feel my head slipping down his chest; I was slowly falling asleep, and it felt like somebody had injected me with some sort of sedative. Alex held me up and kissed the best of my head.
?Fine. Just sleep for now then.?
So I slept.
Matt?s P.O.V
The second she was asleep, Alex looked up at me with a cheeky look on his face. ?I don?t want her to go,? he told me, ?But she needs rest. DO me a favour and take her home now, ok??
?Will do; she?s not gonna be happy about it when she wakes up although mate. She?ll possibly be pissed off with both of us,? I laughed, and so did Alex. He seemed worn out.
?I know, but I?ll get her to forgive us. Do it; it?s what?s best for her.?
?I know, dude.? I agreed, slipping me arms underneath Paige, and lifting her up slowly. ?Get well soon, ok? She requirements you man. And so do I.?
?Will do. See you soon, Matt. If I get to a phone, I?ll call you later, ok? Bye.?
?Bye.? I smiled, and with Paige all wound up in my arms, I went back out into the hallway and located my parent?s talking to Alex?s.
?Mum, Dad, sorry to interrupt but we best leave now, while she?s asleep, otherwise we?ll in no way get her home.?
?Ok, ok. Sorry, but we must go now. Thank you for the chat and let us know how Alex get?s on!? Mum said.
?We will.? Alex?s dad said as my dad and his mum also stated goodbye, and then we left.
I gently buckled Paige into the back seat and sat beside her to cease her from moving in the auto. She was so deeply asleep that she hadn?t even stirred – thank god – and I wasn?t worried about getting her home.
We arrived home, and I tucked her into her bed. It wasn?t until a whole lot later, when I was consuming dinner with mum and dad, that she appeared within the doorway.
?How did I get here?? She murmured.
?We brought you home after you fell asleep.?
?But what about Alex?? She asked, searching upset.
?He wanted you to come home. He said you necessary rest.
?Why?! Why did you listen to him? What?s the point? Seriously??
?Calm down, sweetheart. We just wanted you to get better-?
?But I necessary to be with him! Don?t you see that?! It?s my fault he was hurt inside the very first location!?
?Calm down Pa-?
?No!? She shouted, and then just burst into tears and ran upstairs. I ran after her and up to her room, exactly where she lay on her bead sobbing.
?Shh. I?m sorry, Paige. I didn?t know you?d be so upset.?
?Go away??
?Paige, I-? But I was interrupted by my phone ringing. I picked it up and looked at the screen. It was Alex.
?Hey, Alex.? I said, putting the phone on loud-speaker.
?Hey Matt.? He replied. ?How?s Paige??
Paige sat up when she heard Alex?s voice.
?Extremely pissed off.?
?What? With us??
?Yeah. She?s so upset, bless her.?
?Can I talk to her??
?Yeah, I have you on loud-speak.?
?Paige? I?m sorry. Don?t be upset. I wanted you to obtain greater, that?s all. I?m so sorry I upset you. I promise I?ll come and see you the second I get out of hospital, alright??
She didn?t reply, and instead started crying once more. I sat down subsequent to her and held her against me comfortingly.
?I feel she misses you.? I told Alex as I tried to calm Paige. This produced her cry more, so I guessed I was correct.
?I really feel awful.? Alex replied quietly.
?Well don?t! Appear, mate, I actually should go. I?ll call you back later maybe, if Paige wants to talk to you. Ok? Meanwhile, please don?t worry about it. She?ll be fine. I promise.?
?Ok. Look after her for me mate.? He said.
?Will do.? I stated, and I hung up.

Here’s the synopsis of the next story:
Georgia Smyth is 22 and finally out of uni, looking for a brand new life and job. She’s never ever had a happy relationship with her parents, but following a massive argument erupts, Georgia needs to find a way to be out of her residence and with a job to live by, by the finish of the year. She has 10 weeks.
Aaron Fox is 24 and perfectly happy, living off the money her makes from his teaching job in the local secondary school. He has no worries or anxieties, and is happily living in his flat near his best mate Liam. His life is almost total; he only wants someone to enjoy.
So when the two extremely distinct, but quite similar worlds collide at a coffee bar 1 night, there is a strange balance between the two personalities. Small do the couple know that their relationship will blossom into something so much bigger, with possibly heartbreaking outcomes.
